This great app (Realtor.ca) for Iphone, Android or Blackberry allows you to search MLS properties based on your location...great when you are out open housing! If you go to an open house and realize you like the area, the app allows you to search for listings in that area only. There are several very useful features. The Home Buyer's app, while a bit slow and "laggy" does exactly what it's supposed to do - it provides a comprehensive breakdown of the monthly cost of a mortgage and closing costs.
